It is the 2nd Global Livestream Concert of Filipino Pop Group - SB19.

Where can I watch the concert?

You can watch the livestream concert at www.ktx.ph. The livestream concert is available worldwide.

What are the different types of concert tickets? 

There are three (3) types of concert tickets; VVIP package, VIP package, and General Admission (GA) Ticket.

What is the Limited Edition Concert Merch Set? 

The concert merch set is a limited set of merchandise for VIP and VVIP concert package buyers.

How can the Concert Merch Set be shipped to my address?  

For shipping addresses within the Philippines, you will have to provide your shipping address before checkout and pay the corresponding shipping fee to your area. 

For shipping addresses outside the Philippines, please select <Local Pick Up>. Upon successful purchase, a representative will email you about the international shipping details and provide you the shipping fee based on your location.

Where can I buy concert tickets? 

You can buy your tickets at www.ktx.ph for General Admission and www.sb19music.com for VIP & VVIP packages. 

When is the start of the ticket selling and until when can I purchase?  

Tickets are available from June 1, 2021 until the day of the concert. 

You can avail discounted or early bird rates if you purchase your tickets before June 15, 2021. Please note that VVIP and VIP concert packages are limited.

How many concert tickets can I buy?  

You can buy one (1) ticket per transaction for VVIP and VIP concert packages, and up to five (5) tickets per transaction for General Admission. If you need more tickets, you need to do a separate transaction. Please note that VVIP and VIP concert packages are limited.

For VVIP and VIP concert packages via www.sb19music.com:

How do I know if my payment has been accepted?  

You will receive a confirmation email from SB19 Official Shop or KTX.PH once your purchase has been successfully processed.

My card transaction was declined/unsuccessful? 

Please ensure that your payment details were entered correctly. If you are still encountering problems, please contact your bank or card issuer. 

If you are unable to pay by card, you can also pay through other available payment options. 

Do you offer refunds? 

We are unable to offer refunds for ticket purchases unless the concert is cancelled. If you’ve missed the livestream concert and the pre-show & virtual fan meet, we cannot refund your order.

When do I receive the link for the livestream event? 

For VIP and VVIP concert packages purchased via SB19Music.com, the link for the livestream event will be emailed to you within 24 - 48 hours once your payment has been received. 

For General Admission (GA) tickets purchased via KTX.PH, the link for the livestream event will be automatically emailed to you once your payment has been received. 

When do I receive the concert merch set?  

You will receive your concert merch set within 30 days from purchase.  

If your address is outside the Philippines, please take note that it may take more than 30 days for you to receive the concert merch set.

When do I receive the link for the pre-show and virtual fan meet? 

A separate Zoom link registration will be emailed to you by the organizer before the concert day.

What do I expect in the pre-show and virtual fan meet?  

An exclusive virtual experience on the day of the concert for all VVIPs including live performances, games, raffles, group photo opportunities, and a chance to interact with SB19. 

What are the raffle prizes?  

You can win special prizes from SB19 and concert sponsors.  

How do I watch the livestream concert?  

Just click the concert access link sent to your email and you will be redirected to KTX.PH screen to view the livestream concert. 

Please ensure you have the following: 

1. Stable Internet Connection
2. Make sure that VPN on proxy services and screen mirroring are turned off.
3. System supported browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
4. If you want to cast the show onto your TV, use Google chromecast or HDMI cable.

Is it possible to watch the concert on multiple devices?

You can only watch one device at a time per access link.

Can we record the livestream concert? 

Strictly no recording of any and all parts of the livestream concert.

Can we stream, distribute, or modify the livestream concert? 

No. You may be liable for civil and criminal liability of copyright violation for unauthorized/illegal distribution, streaming, and modification of any and all parts of the livestream concert.

What else do I need to know about the livestream viewing? 

• Data usage may increase while viewing the livestream.
• Video resolution may change automatically depending on the network connection of your device and access location.

• You may experience video and audio quality issues depending on the network connection, data usage, and any other external factors such as access location.
