Exchange policy

• All items were quality checked before packaging. If you have quality concerns, kindly email us with photos and/or unboxing video proof of the damage within 48 hours upon receipt of the product. Kindly put on the email SUBJECT: EXCHANGE INQUIRY. 

• Exchange policy is voided if:
  

  • The exchange inquiry period has elapsed (48 hours upon receipt)
  • Malfunction or damage due to negligence during use
  • A malfunction or damage occurs due to natural disasters

Tumble dry low. Wash separately. Do not iron on print.
